Martin Pailthorpe is a traveller, lecturer, TV producer and director with over 25 years’ experience of making challenging programmes in remote and testing environments.

His films can regularly be seen on the BBC, ITV and Channel 5.  In this lecture he describes working with Ray Mears to reveal the true and inspiring survival story of the team of dedicated saboteurs who scuppered Hitler’s nuclear ambitions. This is the true story of Hitler’s atomic bomb programme which tells how the extraordinary truth differs from the Hollywood blockbuster account. It features interviews with survivors and the re-enactment of key moments in the locations where they happened.
